European Union 14-day cooling off period

Please keep in mind that for purchases of goods where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet their individualised need, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges as we print and cut the fabrics to meet individualised needs.

Damages and issues with your product

If you receive a defective or damaged item or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@fabricwanderland.com or through the contact form on the contact page. We will assess the issue and make it right—whether through a reprint or a refund.

Refunds

We'll notify you if the refund is approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you didn't receive the refund, please contact us at support@fabricwanderland.com or through this page.
