Delivery time and cost

We aim to process all orders within 4-5 business days and ship to the countries listed below using the DPD Home Delivery service. Your package is expected to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on its destination.

The shipping cost is determined by the package's weight, which will be calculated during checkout before finalising the order. Below, we have provided a link to two tables to help estimate the shipping cost in advance for your convenience.

These tables outline the weight of 1 meter of each material and the corresponding shipping cost for different weight brackets to all available locations. Please note that any applicable customs and import taxes are not included and are the buyers' responsibility.

Uncollected parcels

If you are unable to collect your delivery as agreed, we will not refund the amount paid for the ordered products and shipping. However, we can re-ship the order for an additional shipping fee upon your request.

 

Returns

As the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet their individualised need, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
